Oh.My.Gosh. Week 19 was AWESOME! On Wednesday alone I stepped 17,556 steps!
Yes, 17,556 steps in ONE DAY; it helped that I moved 400,000 diapers and had a large volunteer group to manage that day too.
Below is my “printout” for Wednesday…can you tell I’m pretty darn proud? Look at all those “Champ!” days!
Monday – Thursday I stepped well over my 10,000 step a day goal, which helped me boost my average steps to 12k per day. Unfortunately my weekend I was a bit lazier and once again dropped to 10k steps per day. In fact, for a portion of the week I was in first place amongst my friends! Wanda even sent me a message complaining that I was beating her! Yep, I was in heaven!!
