Can I just say that I am exhausted after an extremely busy weekend cleaning out my grandma’s house in preparation for her moving. Not only did I help, but also began prepping for a huge garage sale we will be holding this coming weekend. The constant moving of stuff definitely helped up my steps this week! I have once again upped my daily average back to 9k steps per day! Yay!
I also just realized that this was my best week ever! In fact, I beat my previous weekly high by over 10,000 steps! Needless to say week 15 was a fantastic one! I’m excited to move on to week 16!
Week 15 Stats (April 7-13, 2014):
Total Number of Steps: 71,047steps
Total Number of Miles Walked: 30.76 miles
How Close to 1,000,000 Steps: 679,592 / 1,000,000 = 67.96% toward goal
Total Number of Calories Burned: 14,935 calories
Average Daily Steps: 9,000 steps **I increased this by 3,000 daily steps this week!**
Week 15′s Most Daily Steps: 12,757 steps on Thursday, April 10th
Overall Most Daily Steps: 13,825 steps on Thursday, January 23rd
Ranking Amongst Friends: 4th (out of 19 people) Which is amazing because the top 3 on my list last week stepped:
– 1st: 105,519 steps
– 2nd: 92.257 steps
– 3rd: 84,739 steps
How does Mission to a Million Steps work? Every Monday I will post the number of steps I stepped from the previous week (Monday-Sunday) on my blog. I have designed a goal thermometer that I will change each week on my blog to show my progress. You will also be able to quickly see an update on a permanent thermometer on my sidebar.
