*CLOSED* The Perfect Baby Shower DIAPER CAKE! (@eDiaperCakes)

patpatbunnyfWhen I go to a baby shower, I love looking at the diaper cake! They are just so adorable and make a cute centerpiece. It’s pretty synonymous with a shower now and it has everything the new mom would need for a rainy day. Diapers, baby products, clothes, and a cute plush animal for the new baby. What more can you ask for?

For my friend’s baby shower a couple of years ago, I attempted to make a diaper cake for the party.  I thought it would be an easy project and boy was I wrong!!  While the cake didn’t turn out horrible, it was a far cry from perfection!  After making my diaper cake, I came to the realization that I’m not very good at making them, so I set out on a search to find someone who can make a professional looking diaper cake to use as a centerpiece at a baby shower.

The company I found online is eDiaperCakes.  If you haven’t seen them yet, I highly recommend you take a gander at their diaper cakes!  They have a selection of over 60 different diaper cakes.

What I like most about them is that the owner, Liz, is a mother herself and bluemonkeydiapercakefshe only put products on her diaper cake that she would use with her daughter. So you won’t see any cheap products there.

I grew up with story books like Peter Rabbit, Goodnight Moon, and Guess How Much I Love You. So seeing them on a diaper cake reminds me of my childhood. They also have Disney themed cakes with characters such as the Lion King, Winnie the Pooh, and Mickey Mouse. They also use plush animals from Gund, Kid’s Preferred, and TY. So if you’re looking to find a specific character or animal, it shouldn’t be hard to find.

At eDiaperCakes, their diaper cakes use approximately 75 diapers. Every cake that they make is handmade and they are embellished with baby goodies. Some of them are baby socks, mittens, wash clothes, receiving blanket, bib, brush & comb, manicure set, and a spoon. They won’t have all of the but they would have at least 4 of them.

sunfNot only are their diaper cakes gorgeous and adorable (making it very hard to pick which one to buy, I might add!), their website is user friendly and easy to navigate.  I was able to do a bunch of searches to find different diaper cakes based on themes, prices and genders!  If you aren’t big on purchasing online, they have a toll free number you can call and place your order (1-855-99-CAKES).

eDiaperCakes is located in Michigan and it was started in early 2012. It’s a mom owned, mom ran company and their diaper cakes get assembled in two days. They also have an option to ship your cakes faster. So if you’re looking to buy a diaper cake, they would make a great choice and I highly recommend them!

I’m thrilled to announce that Liz, at eDiaperCakes, would love to giveaway a gift certificate, worth $25.00 (including sale items!) to one of my followers!!  Thank you eDiaperCakes, I know there is going to be one really happy winner!

Good luck!
